The initial website does not collect identity documents, banking connections, payment details, children’s activity, or passwords for other services.

The application uses essential session and request-verification cookies for sign-in and form security. Short-lived request-limit records use hashed network identifiers. Server logs may include IP addresses, request paths, times, and response codes. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are included in this release.

Retention and your choices
You can delete your account from account settings; associated support messages are also removed from the live database. Unverified accounts are removed after seven days, resolved inquiries after ninety days, and expired request-limit records after one day. Server logs are configured for thirty days and local encrypted database backups for fourteen days. Deleted data may remain in those backups until they expire.
